Ven. Medagama Pannarathana Thero

Ven. Medagama Pannarathana was born on October 22nd 1988 in Bibila, Sri Lanka. He was ordained as a Buddhist monk on September 20th 2000 and received his higher ordination on June 5th 2008. Having received his primary and secondary education he entered the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2014. Ever since, he functioned as a teacher at the Arya Nikethana Buddhist Institute Athurugiriya, Sri Lanka until his departure to U.S. in 2022.
